Spacious, stylish rooms in superb central location, with everything available like at home. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The only downside was that the walls were not soundproof, and the upstairs toilet flush did not work properly, but this didn't affect our experience too much

The villa is absolutely wonderful - cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a group. The kitchen was fully equipped for hosting a New Year's celebration dinner for 10 adults and 3 kids. The living room features a sound system and TV, and there was also a coffee machine with tea and coffee available for guests, which was a nice touch. One note: one of the bedrooms is adjacent to the living room, so it might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. The other bedrooms are on the second floor, and the fifth bedroom is in an open attic space. There’s one bathroom on the first floor and two on the second (one shared in the hallway(has a bathtub and a shower) and another ensuite in one of the bedrooms (shower)). There’s plenty of parking in the backyard, which is very convenient. Upon our arrival, the house was well heated as per our request, making it feel extra welcoming. We quickly realized the villa was so lovely that we didn’t want to rush out at 11 am, so we reached out to extend our checkout time for the additional fee, which was no problem

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were a couple of issues that could be improved. The first was the water pressure, particularly for the hot water in the taps and showers. Some of the early risers had to endure cool showers, while those showering later in the morning seemed to have no trouble with hot water, which was a bit inconsistent. Another issue was a light near the stairs leading to the attic space. There didn’t seem to be a switch to turn it off at night, which became quite bothersome. Our guess is that it operates on a sensor that may have malfunctioned. Aside from these two things, we enjoyed our stay and the property was otherwise very comfortable.
