Rafaella Beach Villa- Pvt Pool-Near Sea/Beach

The location was fabulous and the size of garden, pool and outside area was great. The house and rooms are a good size and we never felt on top of each other.

Whilst the kitchen had a number of useful hand electric appliances, there were very few wine glasses and all glasses were a bit of a mish-mash. It would have been sensible to have good quality plastic glasses for use around the pool. The pool table has seen better days.

Peaceful, tranquil location. Very close to the sea and could hear the waves, very restful. Good selection of bars and restaurants.

Definitely need a car to get to local shops, bars and restaurants. Otherwise, nothing else to dislike.

Идеальное место для большой семьи. 4 спальни и в каждой есть свой душ и туалет. Очень большая и ухоженная территория. В доме есть все необходимое и даже больше. Все возникшие проблемы решаются моментально. Потрясающий вид с террасы на море, которое находится через дорогу. Очень тихое и спокойное место.

Есть проблемы с канализацией, плохо сходит вода, особенно в унитазе на первом этаже. Мебель уже немного устарела, нужно сделать косметику. Бассейн хороший, чистый, но жаль что без подогрева, вода холоднее чем в море, но возможно летом она нагревается от солнца быстрее.

Enjoyed the space, the beautiful pool and close to restaurants and sea. A good starter food pack. Appreciated the new chairs and sun loungers around the pool and covered outside table area.

Понравилось все. Вила удобная, просторная со всем необходимым и для отдыха, и для готовки. Расположение отличное. Уютно и тихо. Соседей слышали, но не видели, так все уединенно и хорошо продумано. Слушан шум волн и пение птиц. Если будет возможность, обязательно вернемся

The very large pool and grounds are absolutely stunning. The beach is a 30 second walk from the villa. Lovely quiet village of Argaka. We locked ourselves out and the owner was there within 30 mins to let us in thankfully.

A bit dated inside, Lack of kitchen utensils/pans etc. No large bin. A lot of ants in and around the property. BBQ is away from the seating areas. Very uncomfortable mattresses on the beds. Very uncomfortable sun loungers. Towels were threadbare. Stayed 10 nights and was sent a message asking if we wanted our bed linen and towels changing on the 8th day. We said yes but no one came. Then another message later to apologise for not coming and asked if we wanted them the next day. We said no as didn’t seem much point.

The location was excellent—just a short walk from the beach. The owner, Rafaela, was very helpful and polite, assisting us promptly with any issues we encountered. We truly appreciated her hospitality and support throughout our stay.

The kitchen could use a few more items, such as a Nespresso machine, salad bowls, baking trays, and some additional equipment. However, we’re confident that these improvements will be made in the future. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would be happy to return.

A code for a lock box was provided in advance so it was extremely easy. Any and all messages before were answered promptly and correct instructions were given on precise location.

Everything was great, clean, large, great garden, clean pool and a pool table!
