"Left stranded without a place to stay. Total lack of care of the property"

We arrived and no one had our reservation. The owner or the agent we unreachable for the whole day even the following days. We were left booking another more expensive house in the same place . The resort is outdated and the famous elevator to the beach is out of service because the hotel is not paying government for it either.

We had just an amazing stay at this spacious villa. It could fit 8 pax, though we had just a romantic night there. It’s located within a fine 5 star resort, and provides its guests with a free access to all the facilities within it. We enjoyed it to fullest, having been granted with a temporary Resort’s membership, with good discounts on the paid facilities (resto, SPA) Overall good and pleasant stay, great host, and amazing staff attitude. Going to get back there with friends some time soon!

"beautiful property, good amenities but a lot of walking to get around."

A nice fine dining dinner restaurant on the premises. Lovely swimming pool in the villa. Large, well appointed, comfortable bedrooms. Lots of greenery around so privacy from the neighbouring villas was there. Nice beach club but a lot of steps and walking to get to it.

Lots of steps and walking from point to point....though golf carts are available, sometimes the wait is long. Not so nice for older guests. Check out was slow since most people leave at the same time (around noon) so that took a while.
