It was cozy, and great location

Garage didn’t fit our car at all due to the hot water tank. Even the guest parking we couldn’t find a spot. That was significantly inconvenient

"Great property and location but better for younger clients"

Location and facilities were great. Well presented.

Forgot ‘villa’ meant stairs. For oldies with dodgy knees and feet, the climb up the driveway then stairs was hard work. Also, the beds were so soft there was no support.

"Excellent convenient location, great place to stay!"

Great location. We were able to explore a great deal of Kiam on foot, get meals from stores and clubs nearby, and catch the train to attend the Wings Over Shellharbour Airshow. Tidy clean property. Quiet and very comfortable.

As other reviewers have said, the driveway is a challenge and the visitor parking was almost full when we arrived but all was ok. The use of the TV was made hard as the vast majority of buttons have had the type worn off them. It took as quite some time to work out how to get even free to air to show on the TV as a result.

"Very Good"

Upstairs lounge & kitchen area was nice, spacious & lots of extras in fridge: sauces etc. Appreciated coffee maker. Comfortable lounge. 2nd toilet. Small garage downstairs. Nice view of water in distance from balcony.

Virtually no bathroom products. Cold downstairs but unable to access heater. No exhaust fan in shower. Had to find power board extension for 2nd bedroom as only 1 power point in room. Quite expensive. Not for anyone with mobility issues: steep driveway & lots stairs.

"Not Happy"

Location good

Went to have a shower at 10.30pm only to find that there were NO towels at all to use . I contacted the owner who apologised but offered NO compensation, there should have been backup linen a basic requirement and to NOT shower really wrecked our stay. Steep driveway to climb to the property should be noted as some people would find it difficult to climb.

Very well equipped with all you need for short or long stay. Great location on the Main Street. Close to all local amenities including supermarket across the road. Great views from balcony.
