Clean and spacious. Cool bathtub.

Mosquitos, and the garden was unkempt so the kids had nowhere to play. Manager was unresponsive to my questions.

停車位只能停輕型車

房間十分寬敞且整潔，入住三晚期間僅見一隻小蟑螂，尚可接受。房間與照片相符，距離地鐵站非常近，步行約五分鐘即可到達，附近亦有便利店，生活便利。

原本想詢問房東是否可以提前寄放行李，但房東一直未有回覆。 花園已經長滿雜草，浪費了原本美麗的空間。

The area was great. Quiet and with great conveniences. Local Cafe and ramen bar, family mart nearby and 5 minutes walk to train station which takes you straight into kyoto. The apartment was a combination of modern and traditional.

The house is roomy and spacious. The area is nearby to many attractions in Kyoto town, you can walk to these places. it has a inward lawn which is really nice setup of the house. There's a coffee cafe nearby as well that we really enjoyed.

Prefer to have more kitchen tools - rice cooker would really help. The house living room is spacious but the heater may not be able to warm the space during winter. Water inlet to boiler tank may have been frozen during the night so there is no warm water in the morning. The house can accommodate many people, but if you're travelling with a big car there's no private car park for it.
