The staff is polite and friendly. The home is very clean and has beautiful interior, the pictures don't do it justice. For people who are sensitive to morning light: dont worry, you can darken the room with the roll curtain outside the washi paper windows. Even my partner was able to sleep in the morning. The staff even left us some drinks and snacks. the washing machine is handy and everything is just so clean. it's great. communication is also pretty fast and nice. since it was my first time doing a hotel stay so personal, is was nervous, but it turned out awesome. 10/10 would recommend!

It’s very convenient location. Car park is in front of the door. Quiet and comfortable.

The kitchen is very small. Don’t even think about cooking at home.

A small, very modern and perfectly clean house for approx. 8 minutes' walk from the train that takes you to Kyoto Station. The hosts are particularly attentive and helpful, and the owner's daughter speaks English. The kitchen is suitable for preparing some simple food, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Each detail is exactly suitable for the description and the photos. Four of us stayed here and fit comfortably. Great venue for Kyoto's discovery and much more comfortable and authentic than a hotel room!
