Baan Seaview Holiday Villas

La villa est confortable et l’espace piscine très agréable Sur les hauteurs de Lamai, quartier assez calme malgré les constructions aux alentours. A 20 minutes à pied du centre. Nous descendions à pied et remontions en taxi. Il y a un petit restaurant proche de la villa ouvert le midi, on y mange très bien. Nous n’avons pas vu notre hôte Jeff, mais il s’est rendu disponible par téléphone ou whatsapp pour répondre à nos demandes. Service de lingerie au top et gratuit !

Pas de réception pour récupérer les clés. Heureusement, nous avons croisé une employée qui a appelé notre hôte. Du retard dans la remise des clés malgré que nous avions precisé notre créneau d’arrivée. Il manque des tapis de douche dans les salles de bains.

We were met by a friendly member of staff and shown directly to our rooms. Rooms were a good size, clean, with a separate area within the bedroom for suitcases and a brew/kitchen area (with a toaster and iron available) The bathroom was a good size with a separate walk-in shower area. The pool was good, the water was clean and clear. There was also an abundance of seating/loungers available around the pool area. There is also a BBQ that guests can use ( we didn't), as we enjoyed the various restaurants in the resort.

Not really a negative per-say, but worth noting that the hotel is slightly outside of the main resort area. Only a relatively short(ish) walk to the outskirts of the resort (which is mainly downhill). The walk is obviously mainly uphill on the way back, which is not an issue if your mobility is relatively OK. I believe the walk back could be somewhat problematic if your mobility isn't very good. Weather-wise, the average temperature when we stayed was 32-34 ℃, so you need to be mindful when you decide to walk! That said, there are also taxi's avaiable if you don't want to walk.

Difficile d’acces , énormément de bruit de scooter , voiture le matin appartement qui donne sur la route . Propriétaire extrement désagréable aucun sourire et parle de manière agressive

Great view, good air conditioning, nice pool, Jeff was nice and helpful! Some small ants appeared in the house. You should have a scooter to move around!
