Fantastic view and well-appointed luxury accommodation. 5 minute drive to choice of 5 beaches.

Mani Theasis is without a doubt the most beautiful, cleanest, picturesque villa we have ever stayed in. On arrival, Giorgos was there to welcome us and show us around the villa. They left us some food to start us off such as bread, eggs, milk and a variety of fruit. There are many amenities which you do not typically have in a villa including a wide variety of cooking equipment, large TVs, many outdoor sun loungers / sitting space and most notably the gorgeous pool with a hammock and a perfect view. We were stunned by the view from the villa especially at sunset! Thodoris and Giorgos were so friendly, welcoming and had excellent communication throughout our stay. They gave us many recommendations for the local area which we absolutely appreciated. Overall they were both the perfect hosts and you couldn’t find anyone better! The villa is also in the perfect location for visiting the local towns such as Stoupa, Agios Nikolaos and Kardamyli, just a short drive from each and only an hour from Kalamata Airport. Although I definitely recommend hiring a car for the duration of your stay as the road up to the villa is quite steep and uneven.

The only thing could potentially affect your stay is the road going up towards the villa as you have to be careful not to go over a hole and scrape the undercarriage of your car. However we had experienced drivers so this wasn’t a problem for us what so ever :)

Mani Theasis is a beautifully designed and amazing property. The care from the owner made our stay exceptional, with special treats provided for our children upon arrival, making us feel very welcome and comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay. Everything was perfect.

The house is immaculate with everything you need. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful and there were so many extras waiting for us. We are returning for sure!

Beautiful and comfortable villa with spectacular views. The host was very helpful and offered great suggestions.

Unfortunately we came just after severe African dust and some windows had been left open in the unit. Despite our host’s best effort, a lot of dust remained during our stay.

Great location, fantastic hosts, the pictures do little to portray the exceptional nature of this property and location.
