excellent communication with the owner and sorted any issues straight away. Lovely of her to sort taxis that were reliable at unsociable hours. Lovely outdoor area well stocked kitchen and space felt like a home away from home peaceful area, close to amenities Lovely terrace, with great bbq and table tennis Air con

Bed in third bedroom is ready for a replacement Pool could do with a little TLC as some of the tiles are coming away.

Beautiful villa, nicer than the pictures. Spotlessy clean. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children. Beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy the views. Samantha is so responsive and helpful.

Air conditioning in main bedroom was not working well.

Amazing scenery from the property and pool area. It was spotless, and the scent of the place was wonderful. It was cosy inside and outside. Kitchen was lovely and well equipped. It was comforting to be greated by Alex upon our arrival. Nerja is such a special place to explore and enjoy.

We had issues in relation to the bins and with warm water, that required a lot of back and forth communication with Samantha. The bin issue was resolved sufficiently, but the lack of warm water in the villa was stressful, and took precious time from us until the last few days.

Beautiful property with everything you could need. Attention to detail amazing, such as womens sanitary items provided. Nice welcome pack there on arrival. Samantha was super efficient at answering any queries prior and during our stay.
