I loved everything about Cali Villas! Travelling alone the villa felt extremely safe. It was beautiful and clean and the perfect place to relax. All the staff are EXTREMELY friendly and nice I loved everything about it

My room didn’t have a full length mirror that’s all I could recommend otherwise everything was perfect

Fantastic staff, excellent location with easy access to great restaurants and cafes. Ascetically very nice and tastefully decorated.

Towels and sheets were awful, not what you expect for a property of this calibre. Towels grey and discoloured, sheets were stained and torn. Outdoor furniture mouldy and in bad condition. Hot water was poor and intermittent, if three of us wanted to shower at the same time hot water ran out very quickly.

Villa was great! Very tastefully designed. The reception and staff were great. Very helpful and available for any questions. Booked massages for us at the villa which made it very convenient. Near all the popular cafés and restaurants.

The bath linen needs to be replaced. All overused gray and old. When we asked for new ones they weren’t any better.

"Best villas we stayed at 10/10."

Location was great with several popular cafes and warung directly across the street. It was relatively easy to get around everywhere. The rooms were beautiful, clean and incredibly spacious. The photos didn't do them justice. I am very picky with accommodation and cleanliness but there were no issues at all here. They provide a great variety of complimentary snacks and drinks including bottled water. Pool was fabulous and bonus was they did pest control frequently to ensure there were no bugs within the villa area. Communication with reception was very easy and they were extremely friendly and helpful. 24/7 security meant we felt very safe as well and he was there to direct any drivers/deliveries that arrived.

Literally nothing.

"Truly fantastic property, spacious and luxurious"

Never had a private pool before, unadulterated luxury and privacy. The bathroom and kitchen were of both of high standard. Roof pool and relax area had sun brolly, loungers and dining area. All very tasteful and lovely. Our Holiday highlight stay

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. Beautiful decor and the most comfy memory foam mattresses.

The towels and line are stained from previous guests from tattoo ink and are in need of replacing. Towels are noticeably grey and linen as well.
