Spacious Upstairs balcony was lovely. Enjoyed the plunge pool. Change of sheets and bedding was good after 6 days.

Access to the main balcony and pool required you to go through a bedroom which wasn’t ideal. Air conditioning in the lower ground floor would be great (we did know that there wasn’t air con in advance). Would have been good to have the pool cleaned while we were there.

The house was so clean when we arrived, very straightforward entry system. Perfect facilities.

The location. We were under the impression the beech was 5-10 mins away. It was a hard 20 min walk back up

Great property and pool. Hill was quite steep.

The villa suited our family group - and having an individual pool, in addition to the communal one, was excellent for the children. BBQ was good - as well as the small upstairs balcony for some shade. The service from Nerja Paradise Properties was excellent - including the communication beforehand and the speedy repair of a broken bedroom blind. It was straightforward to organise a grocery delivery from the nearby Mercadona. The kitchen was well equipped.

The walk up from Burriana beach in the enormous August heat was a challenge! The same heat made the lack of AC in the basement bedroom a little uncomfortable - but fans were provided. In the pre-arranged food pack on arrival it would have been better to have a pack of real coffee - not instant! - especially as there is an electric Melitta coffee machine at the property.
