Location of property and company were good to deal with property clean and fresh inside but badly let down by poor quality furniture and interior presentation

Staff nearby and very helpful with any issues. No language difficulties. Size of property - nice and roomy. Sufficient number of single beds for a group of friends rather than all double beds. Overall, a great place to stay.

Advertised as having parking, however the drive would not fit a small van or large car. I parked in front of the property gates and then was towed away with a 250 euro fine. Had to drive around streets looking for a parking spot thereafter. We were offered another parking slot on a property but it was on very busy narrow one way street outside of a nursery school. We were burgled on the eve of my wife’s 50th birthday whilst asleep in the villa and lost cash and valuables. Pool table was in a state of disrepair along with the table tennis table ( booked the villa for this particular reason for our children to use at their leisure) the least of worries were the leaks under the kitchen and small toilet sinks.

It's a pity that it was not explicitly said that one of the rooms was in the basement. Maybe its ok for summer, but in the winter it was very dark and had bad smell. Apart of that, everything was perfect.

Great location and facilities.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the city center. The unit was spacious and had all the amenities advertised. The outdoor space was nice, although it was too cold to use the pool during our stay. We traveled with another family that stayed next door, and it was convenient that the two units shared a backyard gate that could be opened. We appreciated being able to order some basic groceries in advance and to rent both a highchair and stroller so we didn't need to bring them from home. Onsite parking was helpful (although be aware only small/medium sized vehicles will fit). Also, the management company was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any question or request.

The unit is beginning to show its age and could use a refresh for some of its furnishings. And, while we appreciated having an in-unit washing machine, the placement in the first floor bathroom made it difficult to open the door to load/unload items. Lastly, it would be helpful to have beach towels furnished with the unit.

The kitchen was a little sparse equipped. it was also very sparse in terms of dishwasher tablets, vast bags, etc. There should at least be salt and glass cleaner for the dishwasher… It’s also unusual that there is no basic food appliances like salt, pepper, etc
