Villa Puji

Nothing unfortunately.

The property featured with white wash furniture and perceived space was not what we arrived to. We entered a villa in the same complex as such which was run down looking, tired, rusty standup fan, dirty and small. It was not acceptable standard as advertised so we had to move. We cancelled our 3 nights within 15 minutes of arriving as the living space was not possibly relaxing enough for 3 of us to sit in together in and relax and the alternate villa shown, also with brown furniture was simply not up to the standard confirmed.

The pool was great as was the location! Most common areas were pretty clean & the beds/bedrooms were clean

One shower didn’t work properly in the bathroom & the toilet in the other bathroom had an intermittent faulty flush. The bathrooms in general could have been a bit cleaner.

location - busiest corner in Canggu. you hear every single scooter drive by. pool was dirty no pool towels groceries were ordered to be in the villa, they were not delivered. we booked a driver to take us there as we did not have the address. He didn’t know where he was going. serious mosquito problem. 2 scooters parked in the garage (don’t know who is coming and going) left the villa locked for breakfast and came home to it unlocked. the instructions in the Villa say to advise anyone if we are asked that we are friends or family of the owner. clearly not legally allowed to rent it out. left after 1 night (meant to stay 4) and asked for a refund for the remaining 3 nights which we were denied. Appalling.

We really loved the property it was very clean and apt for four people

Nothing to do with the property but the road it’s on is dangerous for people walking to the shops or restaurants
