Asaya Hills Villas

The convenient, quiet and pretty location just above Parga meant we could benefit from views and a breeze and feel immersed in nature whilst being able to quickly get into town. The villa itself was very clean and well appointed with a lovely and very generous outdoor space and a private pool that was bigger than we expected and the rooms were comfortable and A/C very good. Nancy and Stefanos were very helpful and responsive, particularly when we had an emergency medical request and the cleaner was also very sweet and helpful and kept the villa spotless. Lastly, the gardens and surrounding olive groves are stunning, we could not stop taking pictures. We would love to come back and see how Asaya Hills Villas develops in the coming years and wish Nancy and Stefanos the best of luck! Additionally, Parga is a great location, it's a stunning town, you can access Islands on boat trips and beaches by car or boat, take in local ruins and explore villages, get up to Syvota for further Island trips, drive inland to see the Acheron Gorge and River and if coming into Preveza also get down to Lefkada.

If you are driving or have mobility issues, just be aware of how steep the driveway is. Consider walking into town due to the difficulty and expense of parking in Parga.

The pool and the view are fabulous. Nancy is amazingly helpful. She has great tips for places to eat and visit.

Exceptional place to stay in Parga! The villa is spacious, sparkling clean, beautifully designed and well equipped. We loved the location, close to everything but private and quiet. The host is super friendly and nice, the communication was easy and helpful. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous villa. Lovely and quiet spot with exceptional view. Couldn’t fault anything. Beautiful and well maintained. Nancy/management was wonderful, she made sure we had everything we needed and more. Would definitely return.

The villa was stunning - beautiful view and very relaxing area. gorgeous view of the ocean very clean and modern and everything you need. lots of lovely touches - beach towels, toiletries etc Nancy is a great host and always available if you need anything takeway available from supermarket and local food restaurants the walk hour the hill is hard walk and not for the faint hearted but the view is worth it
