Nice views and garden, big rooms. Ideal for a big family get together.

This house is what happens when one does things on the cheap. The kitchen cupboards are falling apart, my room didn't have a shower - which annoyed me tremendously, the bath and toilet are stained. Self catering means absoluteky nothing in the kitchen except sachets of instant coffee. No coffee station in individual rooms. Floors aren't level - trip hazard between bathroom and bedroom. The guests I was in the house with started playing music at 5am (to no fault of the property) and woke me up. The rooms are nice and big but have 32 inch tv's which you can't properly watch from bed. Now no response on getting my invoice for my stay. I travel a lot for business, this place needs to up their value if they want to continue charging the way they do.

I felt safe at the venue.

There was no warm welcome from the property owner or management. I experienced a lot of noise from staff in the adjoining room. The staff never bothered to check on me to see if I was comfortable or whether there was anything else I needed from the establishment. Very poor and disappointing service indee.

Paid an extra fee for cleaning but the people for one to clean on the Friday they didn't come Saturday
