Nothing to complain about honestly

The location was beautiful

I never met 1 single staff member. It was self check in

The place is well located and easy to find. You have fast and easy access to La Lucia and Gateway malls. The rate was very reasonable for such a huge place. We booked the three bedroomed section with a beautiful lounge with a seaview. There's also a huge open balcony with sitting areas where you can have a braai while enjoying the sea views and the breeze. Kids have plenty of space to run around it. I also like the fact that they have a private pool and a cute garden setup where you can take amazing pictures from.

It took a bit of time for us to gain access as we couldnt get hold of the manager when we arrived, as we werent informed how we will check-in. Luckily we got hold of the of the owner and she was able to assist us, but when we entered we found that the caretaker is still doing some final "touch ups" which took a little over an hour. We found that the only aircon that is working is the one on the main bedroom and there isnt any at the lounge yet it's close to the kitchen, and where we spent most of our time together as a family so it was quite hot once we closed the doors/sliding door. The place itself is well-maintained and beautiful just that some neighbors are doing renovations and another is building some structure in front so it was a bit noisy and not a good sight to take some nice pictures from some of the areas outside.
