Boggy Creek - lodge with hot tub

Nice hot tub and deck area

Host was very responsive to replying when we had difficulty accessing the key box. Okay space for a cabin and good hot tub. Location was great. Including crisps and some fizz was a lovely touch. Has the capacity for a great stay.

The smell of the sofas was so bad, we did not feel comfortable to sit on them or felt relaxed. We resulted in buying febreeze but that still didn’t mask the smell of dampness/wet dog (we didn’t bring a dog with us). Bathrooms and bedding were clean but the kitchen area particularly the floor needs a thorough deep clean. Also, the kitchen pots etc were not clean from previous use so all needed a clean prior to use. The hot tub temperature due to the electrical error wasn’t ideal so limited our use over the weekend. I understand that that may be out of your control due to the site expanding. Ideal for a family with two to four children but not four adults. The single beds were not comfortable for adults.

Beautiful location and easy to find, property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely little touches such as body wash/soap, prosecco and crisps as a little welcome. The double bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. The whole property was beautiful throughout. Would highly recommend this property.

Would have liked a small lamp in the main living space so that we didn’t have to keep a big light on, but probably my personal preference.

Location, good site, clean and tidy

Noise from close by property, loud thumping music till 11pm

Immaculately presented, lovely quiet location, near to but not right beside several small villages and a larger town.

Nothing at all to dislike.

I love the location nice view, love which way the balcony faces over the water listening to the birds.

Very pet friendly a little pet box would be a nice little touch with a couple of bowls treats and towels 👌

We got off to a bad start with the key safe with the wrong code it was my fault totally didn’t read it properly but when I message the number I had they were quite rude if I can say in the way they replied back!

Lovely quiet place.

Few cobwebs in kitchen. Drawer in bedroom had no front on. Could do with few more plastic glasses as only one and asked to use them outside. Coukd do with few games cards as one game there was broken. We found stuff under the cushions sock football cards and dog biscuits.
