Exellent 3 bedroom Villa in Coral Bay

Our host was great, anything we needed was dealt with very speedily! Location great, and the property was true to the listing, and we didn't expect more for the amount that we paid. Comfy sun loungers & nice new cushions. Pool was clean and filled throughout our visit. 5 mins to walk to shops and restaurants. A 15 min walk to Coral bay beach, but beware it doesn't open until May 1st, so you will need to drive or get the bus to Corrallia beach - which is actually a lot nicer in my opinion, especially for small children. Really friendly and attentive host - thank you Veronica My Daughter loved the resident cat!

Nothing major at all but just a few things that would improve an already lovely stay. Having owned and rented our own villa, these are small but easily fixed issues that would only increase the enjoyment of the villa! - bedside tables needed in all bedrooms - additional pillows for those who use two! - additional shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries - an additional full length mirror - tv Instructions (not essential these days with tablets etc) but good for kids if they need to escape the midday sun. - solid curtains to keep out the light - Mattress toppers would improve the twin bed mattresses which had very pronounced springs! - Downstairs bathroom needs a new shower screen to prevent the floor getting soaked! - improved water pressure - very weak in all bathrooms - The outside area was a little tired, remove pile of broken furniture etc next to the storage shed, tidy borders around patio & remove weeds. - BBQ area needs some attention -Matching outdoor furniture would make the outside area look much nicer. - More mugs in kitchen (we bought and left 2!) - Is there a necessity for 2 fridge freezers in the kitchen and 1 outside!?

It was very spacious, clean and in a quiet area. It was close to restaurants and shops and you could also walk to the beach. The pool was bigger than it looked in pictures and the kids loved it. Veronica was always available to answer queries and did so promptly, she also left a welcome pack including wine and beer which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this villa.😀😀

Excellent spacious villa with everything we could need and more in a great location for the beaches and resteraunts , on a quiet street

We were really impressed with the villa, it had everything we needed and more. It definitely was a home away from home. The host had left us with large bottles of water, fresh fruit, juice for the kids and wine and beer for the grownups, it made the late night arrival a lot more comfortable The pool was a great size and loved that it had a shallower end for the kids. WiFi connection was great and the TV had YouTube installed which again was great for the kids. There was an overnight storm during our stay which caused a lot of debris in the pool, after messaging the host, the pool serviceman was there that morning cleaning it and the host also came over to check on us. Fantastic family friendly villa, will definitely be booking again with more family.

The only negative I would say is the downstairs bedroom could do with thicker curtains or blinds as they let a lot of lights in to the room.

The space, privacy and tranquil location made this holiday very relaxing and enjoyable. Fast internet. Clean and modern interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of seating and sunbeds. Ensuite in every room. Really good quality air conditioning.

Some minor outdoor repairs are needed which I'm guessing get done over winter. No usable TVs despite the huge satellite dish outside.

villa was great good location for Coral Bay main strip,pool great size,

webs on some ceilings,decor could do with refreshing,Old microwave and scrap metal in garden tucked under hedging,,but if these things were address it would be brilliant

The villa is perfectly located, within a few minutes drive of multiple beaches, dive & snorkelling site, archeological sites, restaurants, scenic old villages and fun activities. The villa was clean and well equipped. The bedrooms spacious, the communal areas large. The pool (which was cleaned regularly during our stay) is fabulous. It has a shallow and deep end with lots of space around it for relaxing. There is an outdoor eating area and BBQ. This place was perfect for our family holiday with young kids. Veronica, our host, was excellent. She responded quickly to our questions and helped us out immediately. She really wanted to help make our stay great. I would definitely recommend this villa to others.

It would be helpful to have an information pack of what to do with rubbish, what’s expected at check out etc.
