Luxusvilla in Kroatien mit Pool und Meerblick

great view, 10min away from beach by foot, greats ACs, clean, great pool, a LOT of toilets

1. when using the shower the water flows out to the rest of the bathroom, 2. a lot of insects and we found 2 scorpions and 2 lizards on the last day inside of the home, 3. bed sheets are slightly itchy, 4. at least 2 of the doors get stuck when opening halfway and you have to push hard to open them all the way.

View from the villa is amazing, however prepare that you will be looking through dirty glass. Swimming pool is clean. There is separate bathroom dedicated to every room + one common one - this is fair advantage.

First of all attitude of the host (lady) is to be improved. Nothing we requested was possible or easy to resolve (thank God we could solve at least some points with son of the host). Host is extremely strict to the check-in and check-out time - there is no chance for ANY negotiations unless you will pay. Check-out time is crazy early in the morning. Second thing. Luxus villa - what would you expect? Please lower the expectations... Villa is super close to the other building of the same host, there is no privacy at the pool if there is anyone in the second building. The villa itself, it is not too clean, especially what I thought would be the biggest advantage of the place - the windows - they are dirty so you cannot take most of the views... Interior is below acceptable standard if you name place 'luxus', Door locks are falling apart, frames of the doors are not aligned with the walls, tiles in the bathroom are covered with some impregnation grease in an really ugly way. Do not stick to the photos of the place posted on booking - check google maps or other maps service - you will then notice real location of villa and distance to other buildings. To sum up - I would say wasted potential of the beautiful coast and views.
