Convenient location (with a small car). Beautiful property—the floors are stunning! Beautiful front and back gardens.Beautiful views. Well-kept grounds and property. Super clean. Teresa was lovely. Walkable/local bus to food and beaches. Lots of space. Nice pool. Would stay again.

Esperienza bellissima ad Ischia, siamo stati accolti con tanta gentilezza e simpatia dalla signora Teresa, persona veramente squisita e sempre disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno. E' stata un valore aggiunto alla nostra vacanza in questa bella villa. Abbiamo trovato ciò che ci aspettavamo, posto bellissimo, pulito ed accogliente, con un bellissimo giardino, non mancava nulla. La cucina era accessoriata di tutto, così come il giardino con un nuovissimo barbecue, lettini, tavoli per pranzare all' esterno, splendido panorama. Fuori stagione ovviamente la piscina non è disponibile, ma abbiamo fatto qualche partita a tennis, le racchette erano a disposizione in casa. Esperienza da ripetere, Ischia isola bellissima. Ringraziamo per averci accolto con la nostra cucciola.

Villa al mare perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone, ma accogliente anche per famiglie più numerose o due coppie. Giardino frontale e tergale molto ben curati, con ampi spazi per godersi il sole e la tranquillità. Per due appassionati di tennis come noi, un campo in sintetico curato e con una vista mozzafiato.

Confortable large villa for 6 persons. Nice and green terrace, big pool and tennis court with great view to sunset. 10 min walk it is a famous old restaurant there but to go to beach you need to have transport. With a car is 6 minutes to go to the beach.
