La casa è fantastica, con un panorama al tramonto, mozzafiato. La signora Maria simpaticissima. La parte esterna giardino e piscina da sogno. Complimenti!

La villa è semplicemente spettacolare: spaziosa, pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e con una vista che lascia senza parole. La posizione è perfetta per godersi Ischia in tranquillità e al tempo stesso essere vicini ai principali punti di interesse. Il tramonto che si ammira dalla villa è davvero mozzafiato, un momento magico che resterà nei nostri ricordi. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Maria, una padrona di casa meravigliosa: accogliente, disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare con un sorriso. Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Un’esperienza che consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere Ischia al meglio. Torneremo sicuramente!

Come unico aspetto da considerare, la salita per arrivare alla villa può risultare un po’ scomoda e senza auto i supermercati non sono vicinissimi. Ma questi dettagli passano in secondo piano rispetto alla bellezza del posto e all’ospitalità ricevuta.

First of all, the view. The villa is overlooking the sea, and the view is stunning. The communication with Mario, the owner, was very smooth, and he was very helpful. He helped us arrange a car rental and answered all my questions. We arrived late at night, and Maria, the host, was waiting for us. She took me with her car to buy basic groceries and some pizzas, as there was no delivery available. It was very nice of her, and we extremely appreciate this! The villa is very special. Nice, and clean, full of small objects that make it more like a home than a B&B. 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds, very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we honestly didn't miss a thing. The swimming pool is amazing !!!!! Very clean. We enjoyed every minute. The location of the villa is perfect. 20 minutes of a nice walk to the port of Forio, and a few minutes walk to the beach. There are also facilities close by (a small supermarket and some restaurants). You don't necessarily need a car. There is a bus stop nearby.

Fabulous location and a beautiful garden. Maria was fantastic and made us feel very welcome.

The concertina doors are noisy, especially in the middle of the night.

The outdoor area, pool, and the view are gorgeous.

We were told that the kitchen stove was broken by a previous guest and were referred to an outdoor cooking area which was not useable as it was full of bird feathers. It appeared that the cleaners missed one of the guest bathrooms. Overall, a lovely property but the many beautiful collectibles detracted from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. A notebook of information and instructions for the home would be helpful.

Fantástic villa, a sunset to die for! Garden and pool gets the highest score!

I was itching to get my hands on the interior decoration! So many beautiful things, but way to much! So much stuff everywhere on top of each other!

Beautiful home with an amazing pool area and view of the sea! Maria and Mario were great with communication! Would love to come back someday!
