Villa Redonda I

The villa is situated in a lovely, quiet, rural location. Beautifully landscaped gardens, large parking area, infinity pool. We had a very good, comfortable stay at the property, and any issues were immediately addressed by the agent who was very friendly.

As mentioned by others, the remote control gated access by car is steep and awkward. Despite very careful driving we ended up with a couple of scratches on our family saloon car from the gates. Once inside thé gates there is adequate parking for two vehicles. We would advise those with small children that the pool area needs supervision. There are multiple steps up to the front door which we managed but less physically able renters should be aware of. Aircon to bedrooms but not lounge area.

Value, secure parking facilties, location ...overall the villa is great with three self contained rooms with their own bathroom. Great holiday venue if you have transport

Steep driveway and a bit tired in places

Lo que más nos gustó fue la zona de la piscina.

Mobiliario y camas muy básicas, en la televisión solo se veían 3 canales y era de juguete. Menaje muy pobre y estropeado. vitrocerámica con 3 fuegos pequeños y las sartenes enormes. Cocinar lo básico no fue fácil. Luces exteriores fundidas. Ni una botella de agua fresca en la nevera de recibimiento. El primer día de nuestra llegada tuvimos que solicitar a la agencia i una sombrilla y el limpiador de la piscina porque estaba totalmente roto. Partes del suelo (azulejo) de la zona de piscina estaba levantado. Fueron rápidos en traernos las cosas y el personal que vino super amable, pero son cosas tan básicas que dejó mucho que desear. No se puede pedir una fianza de 300 euros sin ver primero todos los defectos y cosas que no funcionaban de la casa.

unfortunately you don’t mention in description about the stairs not child friendly, also there wasn’t a washing line great having a washing machine but no line, also in the day the door upstairs sticks and makes an awful sound wakes the whole house, no baking trays, the mattresses were too low could feel the wood around the sides
