LUMIERE VILLAS

We love Lumiere Villas. Back for a second stay as its a lovely villa in a great location. The villa is equipped with everything you could need. The cleaning lady is lovely and so attentive. The villa is mostly very clean. Clean towels etc when needed. Rooms and bathrooms super comfortable. Be aware the upstairs bedroom has no door so if kitchen etc is in use it can be heard from this room. The location is fantastic. 5 mins to monolithi beach by car. 20 mins to Preveza. Affordable villa for the area. Views are unbeatable.

The swimming pool is ICE cold. Its a real shame as its such a selling point for the villa but some system of heating even to just keep it above icy temperatures would make the stay exceptional. Our little one couldn't stay in more than 5 minutes before turning blue. Loads of construction work in the area which is very noisy. The small road gets very busy with work vans and sometimes they use the parking. This has been going on for over a year as was the same during our last stay. Kanali is clearly up and coming!

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay. It was clean beyond expectations. Our host was amazing and really friendly.

Super sauber , mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und stets ein guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Housekeeping war super freundlich und hat einem fast jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.

Ohne Auto etwas zu lange Wege

A very nice, modern and clean villa. It has everything you need. The small town of Kanali, as well as the beach is only 2 kilometers away. There are restaurants, cafes and small supermarkets within 2 kilometers. There is even a small waterpark a few kilometers away. The staff/host is very friendly and helpful and you can get in contact with them at any point of time. The pool has a good size for a family. The kitchen is really good and there is everything you need for a family. They area is quite which is nice, and you can see the sea from the house. Good parking right outside the house. The houses are up the hill, so we recommend a good car :)

Be aware, that in front of two of the house they are right now building two other houses, which takes away quite a bit of the view published on the webpage. And there can be some noise when they are working on the construction projects.

COMFORTABLE ACCOMODATION, CLEAN PROPERTY, RELAXATION AT THE POOL, ALWAYS AVAILABLE PARKING SPACE, CONTACT WITH THE MANAGER AND IMMEDIATE SOLUTION TO POSSIBLE ISSUES, QUIET AND PEACEFUL LOCATION, IDEAL FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS.

PERSONALLY, I CAN΄T FIND ANYTHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.

Everything is the best and perfect for a fantastic vacation and I want to recommend it to everyone!!!! 10+++

You won't find anything you won't like, because everything is really perfect!

Everything was wonderful: Stunning views on the bay, two separate bathrooms, so we didn’t have to share ours with them, well equipped small kitchen with a big fridge, perfectly functioning air conditioning, very good water pressure & temperature, very well designed outdoor area ( minimalistic looks) with a very nice swimming pool. The cleaning lady was very special and very keen on her job, she had indeed many reasons to be proud of.

Due to some temporary building works going on next door there was no proper road leading to the house, so a SUV could come handy.

One of the nicest places I have ever been. The communication was just perfect, I was contacted via WhatsApp with all information, and when we needed something, we received everything very quickly. It was very clean, the cleaning service was there in the middle od our stay (we were informed in advance), the cleaning lady was very kind. The apartment is super equiped, location quiet with sea view.
