SaffronStays Olive Greens - Pool, Lawn & Glasshouse Escape

Stay was awesome. Food was average and not that great but rooms were excellent and staff was very cooperative.

1. The food was exceptionally good. They catered to the needs of our babies as well. 2. Caretaker Samir and chefs were friendly. very polite staff. 3. The pictures you see are representing what it actually is. The furniture, look and feel is same as in the pics. 4. The pool is clean and well maintained, but just for info, there is no kids pool. 5. Lawn, pool and villa with good WiFi so there's a lot to do for everyone!

1. Although it was sweet of the hosts to visit us, they entered the villa and moved about checking a new door, stayed around in the property premises for around an hour which many may find as an invasion of privacy/little strange. 2. The bathrooms flush weren't working well or probably had a reverse flow because of which they were smelling. 3. The rules are not transparent on the website (booking.com) Few things we got to know after booking - like outside food is not allowed, entry in kitchen is not allowed except for infants, it's not for stag groups etc. The rules are not an issue, but they must be clearly stated before booking. 4. This is also for booking.com...Money from my credit card was cut without me putting the CVV.. Or without asking me or prompting me. Usually when you book there is a window of a few days and after that you get prompted by a mail or something.. Whether booking should be kept or cancelled. But this didn't happen. 5. This is not for the property, but for SaffronStays: poor service. As managers, you would expect them to be more helping, but they tell you to talk to the owner for every small thing after booking. Very friendly way but not useful!

The exteriors are superb. The location is very unique and away from the city. We had a fun time in the pool. The barbecue is a must try! We will coming back again for sure.
