The Cave Villa

Location, design, pool

Beautiful villa (furnished to a very high standard) walking distance to a charming town full of restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely pool to cool off in, sun loungers, bbq and outdoors dining table. Comfy bed, although we found the pillows too deep - but that's just personal preference. Breakfast included - reasonable selection Highly recommend. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Location was excellent. 5 minutes to supermarket, beach, restaurants, shops. Staff in nearby Calypso hotel were helpful and kind.

The dishwasher was a nice to have but since there were only 4 plates, dishes etc we washed by hand as we would run out if we loaded the dishwasher.

Absolutely stunning small villa, perfect for a family. Privacy, rest, and a beautiful environment. Short walk to the beach. It's very convenient that the villa's are next to/part of a hotel (hotel Calypso). We had a simple breakfast there every day and ordered lunch a few days as well. Breakfast was free and lunch was good and cheap. The room was cleaned 1x in a week which was perfect for us. The washing machine was very convenient, and all amenities provided were good. The staff/owners of the Hotel and Villa's were absolutely lovely.

Very clean, modern and well kitted out apartment with a great pool. Beautiful plants all around the gardens & in a fabulous location close to Matala beach.

The accommodation at the luxury caves was stunning. Very spacious for a friend party of 3. It was very private and the amenities were very generous. We even had goats walk on the roof & spy on us in the pool 🤣

The signage to the villa could be improved & the breakfast was a little underwhelming, although wee weren’t expecting breakfast.

Everything was excellent! We enjoyed the BBQ. We have been travelling with our family for some time, so having the option to cook for ourselves was a welcomed change.

The only thing - the beds and pillows need an upgrade. The bed was so hard and the pillows too soft (for our liking anyway).

It was a wonderful stay in a very very beautiful and comfortable place. Eeeeeeverything was just perfect and well thought out. There was not a single thing missing! The house was so much better equipped with stuff what is typically missing in a rental place. The taste of this very new place is unique, warm, modern, practical but still very contemporary. The beds very comfortable, the interior wonderful and tasteful. You are in less than 10 minutes at the beach and at the restaurants. Whoever is seeking for a quiet and relaxing location and holiday, will find the place here
