I booked 1 rectangle 1 bdrm villa and 2 triangle 1 bdrm villas. The rectangle 1 bdrm villa had sunset, coastal and a bit of mountain views, whereas the triangle 1 bdrm villas had mountain views.

Property and furniture were old. On the rectangle villa, it was too close to neighbors and was not well sound proofed, we could hear the neighbors. The person in bed could feel vibrations from the wooden floor when the other person walked across the room. Size of the room looked smaller than the photos. Rectangle villas though not far from the reception area, need buggy services in and out of the villa as it was not walkable with very steep slopes. Triangle villas were more ideal -well spaced out from each other, looked bigger in size than the photos, quieter and walkable to the reception area, also they were cheaper in price.

Wir waren drei Nächte hier und haben von hier aus verschiedene Wasserfälle in der Gegend erkundet. Da wir einen Mietwagen für unsere Bali Rundreise hatten, war das alles kein Problem. Die Aussicht ist einfach grandios.

Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch. Das Dinner ist auch eher etwas für den ersten Abend, wenn man ankommt. In den Warongs an der Hauptstraße kann man fantastische Hühnersuppen essen und wenn man ein Mal es sich richtig gut gehen lassen will, kann man im 5 Sterne Hotel im Dorf Munduk Moding essen gehen. Kostet ca 50 Euro für zwei Personen, wenn man 2 bis drei Gänge plant.

Maus im Zimmer, überalle Mäusekot, allgemein nicht sehr sauber, muffiger Geruch im Badezimmer nach dem Duschen

The house is spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the breakfast was quite basic, so we ended up going to a nearby five-star hotel for food, which is only about 500 meters away. Another downside was the lack of ventilation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The windows could not be opened, so the air felt stale and humid, with a strange smell, as if the rooms had not been properly aired out. This made the stay less comfortable, especially for sleeping. Overall, the place has good potential because of its size, location, and friendly staff, but the breakfast and ventilation definitely need improvement.
