Paradise Valley by VEO - Part of StayVista

The view and the ambience was exactly what we were looking for and special mention to the caretakers Rajan & Guna, they were very helpful, polite and considerate of everyone in the family. The rooms are clean, spacious and the villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was delightful to be at a property that actually lives up to the claim of being pet friendly and made my pet dachshund feel right at home.

There were teeny tiny bugs(harmless ones) on the bed which probably comes with the location but if there was any way to keep that in check, would be great. We also experienced a short partial power outage which was fixed once the concerned staff was notified.

The staff - rude and not not hospitable Accessibility - poor road condition- will need a massage at the end of your trip Food - breakfast - no choice. Eat what you get Dinner- order by morning. Looks like they fetch from outside

Just Amazing! The View. The Rooms. Just perfect for a hillstation. Also the the Staff Mr.Rajan. He made our stay even more perfect with helping us out with anything told to him. He will sort out any requirement u need from breakfast to dinner and even activities to do Munnar.

Ambience , well maintained, clean and neat Caretaker and cook Rajan and his son are very friendly and warm people always smiling. Food was very tasty and he served one meal in banana leaf and that was a surprisingly good. Overall very good feeling.

Only thing missing in the washrooms are hair dryers.
