Beachfront Villa

The location and property were first class. The view from the veranda and upstairs sunroom in the morning is stunning. The communication from the hosts was excellent.

great location

Excellent location with awesome sea views and very quiet, even with a road frontage. A short drive (2.5Km) into Napier city and a short sea front walk to Ahuriri town (500m). The house was nicely furnished, spacious with some very homely touches, artwork and a well-stocked bookcase. The cold water in the kitchen was filtered, on hot days a real bonus and testament to the properties owners. The back yard area was quiet with a good bbq and seating for relaxing afternoons and evenings. Would very happily come back for another stay.

great location, well equipped kitchen, heaps of space!

The beach house was immaculate and cute as can be. The beds and pillows were just right, the street was quiet despite being just across the street from the beach, we all slept great. Parking couldn’t have been easier, we pulled up just in front.

Location was amazing - being so close to the sea was a great experience. The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and homely and well appointed.
