El Cid Villa

What an amazing trip to Samui! From the beautifully landscaped grounds, comfortable rooms, and graciousness of our hosts! The hospitality that Reynold and Nikki showed us made our stay in Samui so very special. Reynold and Nikki took care of us: delicious breakfasts by the pool overseeing the magnificent view as we sat atop a mountain. On days when we preferred to eat in, they also prepared for us wonderful dinners which comprised a mix of grilled seafood and steaks with Thai curries and noodles. Our party of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at El Cid. Thank you Reynold and Nikki!!

Большая, чистая, уютная Вилла для семьи или компании. 4 спальных комнаты + большая укомплектованная кухня и гостиная. Прекрасный вид на побережье, город, порт, острова. Ухоженная зелёная и тихая территория. Очень отзывчивый персонал - прекрасная семейная пара Рейнольд и Никки. Помогали решать все вопросы. Есть все для приготовления барбекю.

На этом побережье мало хороших пляжей. Нужно готовиться ездить на машине. Хотя мы готовы были к этому.

An experience never to forget. The villa is beautiful and the view amazing. However- what makes the stay extraordinary is the nicest couple attending to your every need. Reynold and Nikki are the sweetest persons and they will help you with absolutely everything. Only thing is, that Booking.Com does not show the accurate location when booking, which means that you can’t walk to any restaurant or shop. You need to take a van/taxi every time at the cost of 600 thb each way. That being said- the view is just more amazing further up, so jut enjoy that.

Our stay at El Cid Villa in Koh Samui was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the stunning viewpoint from our private pool and the main bedroom – it was nothing short of magical. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the incredible hospitality of the hosts, Reynold and Nikki. Upon our arrival, we encountered an issue where we couldn't find our friend who was supposed to meet us at the villa. Reynold went above and beyond, searching for him until he was found. This set the tone for our entire week. Reynold and Nikki were always available and incredibly helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect in every way. They truly are the heart and soul of this property. During our stay, Reynold showcased his grilling skills by cooking us dinner twice, and Nikki's breakfasts were eagerly anticipated each morning. Their culinary expertise added an extra special touch to our experience. The location of El Cid Villa offers breathtaking views, which do come with a bit of a challenge in terms of accessibility. However, Reynold made everything easier by organizing taxis and helping us rent scooters, which we thoroughly enjoyed riding up and down from the villa, making us feel like locals. If you're looking for a stay that's right in the middle of all the island action, this might not be the place for you. But if you seek tranquility and some of the most beautiful views imaginable, El Cid Villa is perfect. While it does take a longer journey to reach places like Chaweng, we found the peace and stunning scenery well worth it. Overall, we loved our time at El Cid Villa and can't wait to return in the future. Highly recommended for a relaxing and picturesque getaway.

The villa itself is perfect. Really spacious, beautiful, great outdoor space and swimming pool and amazing views. It's high up on the hills surrounded by jungle, no neighbours in sight. But what makes it special are the 2 people taking care of the villa and the guests. They are amazing hosts and prepare delicious breakfasts and other meals (upon request). We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This place is ideal if you're looking for some peace and quiet surrounded by nature. Beware that there are steep hills and ideally you should rent a car (SUV).

The property was absolutely stunning! From the moment we walked through the doors, my partner and I were in awe of the Villa. Everything was fresh and modern and the pool was amazing. What really made our stay was the kind hospitality service from Renold and Nikki. They cooked our meals for us and even went to the shops to deliver our groceries. This was our favourite stay on Koh Samui and we wish we had stayed longer!

This was the first time that in reality it is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The house is not only beautiful on outside, but also very tastefully decorated. The owner has great taste! But the best feeling in this house is provided by the hosts Reynold and Nikki. They are so attentive and thorough! Breakfast in the morning is served on the terrace with a fantastic view, the offer is excellent. This is a place we definitely want to come back to! And we will do it!
