Huge deep pool and great outdoor space. Also has a large lounge if the weather requires you to be indoors. Staff are responsive and helpful. Two bathrooms and comfy beds.

Not about the property- but while Sanur is a *lot* more quiet than other areas there are some loud nightclubs nearby. The house is well insulated to protect from the noise but just worth noting - it’s central Sanur, if you want it really quiet to look further from the Main Street.

We like the comfy beds and living area. The location is amazing. The house was cleaned each day. The AC is a dream!!!!

We didn’t like that the pool guy came just after 8am and the maid showed up before 10am on the day of checkout. Felt like we were being kicked out. Not helpful when we were trying to pack up a family for international travel. Breakfast at the property would be an improvement even if a simple one. The location of the villa on Apple Maps is incorrect, luckily our driver knew the place. The spa next door has great reviews but when we visited the staff were cold and tried to upsell every service. Also, no shoes but there was a bloody dirty bandaid on the floor. 🫣

Met at the villa to collect the keys. Beatuful layout and nice and clean and tidy. Could not fault the inside of the villa.

Slippery around the pool due to shiny tiles. Water collects in the car parking area so puddles to walk through during rain. Loud music from Kombi Bar on the main road which is on every night from 7.30 -11.30pm. Bit hard with kids trying to go to sleep.

We like everything about this property. It is spacious and bright. The pool is always sparkling clean and the outdoor area so large and comfortable. We appreciate being able to make our own meals with everything available to do so. The location is great, near restaurants and the spa next door. Love the new lounge suite. The staff are terrific, Komang keeps the place spotless and Juli is very responsive. This stay was our fourth with another already booked.

There’s nothing about the property we don’t like. The only small issue is the loud music from one of the nearby restaurants.

The location was very central, very easy to walk everywhere.

The hosts were very attentive and well-meaning, but their constant efforts made it a bit challenging for me to fully relax and enjoy my stay. The pool was very deep 1.8mtrs - beyond my depth. Extra care would needed with children.

Lovely villa, clean and very comfortable. Great pool in a well looked after garden. Lovely outside shaded seating areas. Good location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

No complaints at all.

I loved everything about this place and will be recommending it to family and friends. This was my last stay on my trip and I definitely left the best for last!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa, we thought it was better than the pictures online we also found the Villa team excellent. Adik in reservations was very professional and helpful. Komang our housekeeper was very good and unobtrusive. Ode from Ops was at hand for anything to do with the Villa. The Villa also had a pool man and gardener. So the Villa whilst an older style was very well maintained. The Villa is closed in which we were grateful for as the weather in October was quite hot and humid and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was a lovely temperature and a great size, we also liked that it has some shade as we could spend longer in the water. The area the Villa is in has many restaurants, shops, spas with a chemist next door and a supermarket a couple of minutes walk away.

Our only concern was the local bar plays loud music until 11.00-11.30pm every night and we like to go to bed before then. So if you are an early to bed person take ear plugs.

Excellent location, friendly stuff, close to the beach , supermarket, everywhere. Highly recommended
