Villa Niketan Sanur - 3 Bedrooms Sanur, Sanur Harbor, Near Sanur Beach

The Pool is the best thing in the property and also the rooms were spacious enough. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. In addition if there was atleast one staff who speaks fluent english would be a great help. The current staff tried their best to help us though.

The general maintenance of the villa could be better. And the common living area could really use one or two air coolers as its open area and it gets really difficult to sit around during daytime. Also the open area in the bathroom is poorly maintained and a lot of frogs and snails crawl up all the time, if there was a glass door or soemthing that gives you an option to open and close that area would be helpful. The pool could really use a raised platform around it. Toddlers and small kids could easily slip and fall in the pool. The rooms were quite dark even when fully lit up, and the bed had sharp corners which we all did hit atleast 3 times everyday.

the villa layout was good, TV's in each room was good and the use of the washing machine is really convenient .

the actual location is difficult to go to or from anywhere without using trandport/driver. the open air shower was bit too rustic for us. the pool is in the centre of the courtyard great for adults not so good for children but we found pool quite milky and asked for it to be checked, the pool is deep there is no shallow area.

I loved the layout of the place. The bedrooms are very private so you get time for yourself. I loved the pool, it’s the perfect size for a fun swim with friends. I like that they have a filtered water station. And the staff and owner are amazing, they responded to all my inquiries within minutes. Very accommodating, we asked to move the breakfast time to 7:30 and they agreed. They even looked for massage therapists to come to the villa for us. When our water stopped working they sent someone to see it right away

The bathrooms for some reason are open to the outside? The shower stall doesn’t have a back wall. But it doesn’t go anywhere it just is open to the back of the villa? So all sorts of flies and mosquitoes get in while you’re showering or using the bathroom. That didn’t make sense to me at all. It makes the bathroom very humid and muggy too. The water tank can run out of water so our shower and sink stopped working for 2 hours. But they fixed it right away and it’s also just the country’s amenities so it’s not their fault. The location is very secluded so sometimes we had a hard time getting food delivery to the villa.

First arrived the main bedroom sheets were filthy and the shower room always smells For some reason the pools had oily layers on the top

The location is difficult. Down tiny streets and a drive to anywhere including the beach or any restaurants.

The villa is big and the price is okay

The villa didn't feel properly cleaned and the toilet was a bit smelly. On the last day the staff arrived at 8am and started cleaning straight away even though the check out was noon...
