Bamboo Moon Villas

The staff were amazing and so helpful. The villa is in a great location and a swimming pool which was surprisingly large and always clean.

The noise from the school was more than we expected. The children singing and dancing was lovely but I am presuming it was the headteacher shouting through a loudspeaker for half an hour at 7 am was not as pleasant. No noise at weekends and when the school is on holiday. Also there is alot of moped traffic noise which is heard from the small bedroom from 6:45 until 7:30. To improve the villa maybe a higher quality of towel and recycling bins would be a great addition. The 3 rd bedroom is small and would benefit from a bathroom door rather than a curtain.

The manager was lovely and the villa is clean and comfortable. The staff are very respectful and did everything to make us happy.

Could use some cushions on the sun lounge and outside chairs they were very uncomfortable

The Staff are so friendly and helpful if you need stuff doing. Decent sized rooms and a big kitchen area.

The pool was a bit steep for older guests and yes the kitchen could do with Aircon but wasn't a problem for us

Villa 1 was absolutely beautiful. Artistically stunning with lots of interesting furniture and artwork. Outside bathrooms, high thatched roof which helped with the airflow throughout the villa. Filtered water and ice which was a huge bonus. Well equipped villa with adequate air conditioning. Delicious breakfast served in our villa. Odi and his team helped to make this an unforgettable stay and treated us with kindness and respect, helping to arrange trips etc. Perfect stay and we are already planning to return.

We love the design of the villas. A lot of nice details and overall very spacious - we loved the quiet area. The place is a short walk from the beach Mertassari with local food stalls in the morning. From the staff Ode - was a real profesional and friendly.

Ode went out of his way to help out and we enjoyed our day out driving with him. Great pool and gardens, lovely large lounge area.

The main lounge really needs an air conditioner.

I love the staff- this is the second time we have stayed at Bamboo Moon Villas. The pool was amazing too.

The showers were not good, the couch is very uncomfortable.
