The facility and the staff were amazing

Only a few things to make it 10 star, they would aircon in lounge room, bottle water in bathrooms and maybe more lounge chairs

Rooms were clean and everything perfect

The staff could and should have been more welcoming and polite Poorly maintained pool area

The pool area was used the most during our stay and was lovely. Kitchen has everything you need including microwave and water cooler. Small supermarket about 10 minute walk. The house manager Made met us and let us drop bags early, was very welcoming. It was really quiet apart from the dang rooster.

There is no signage. It’s hard to find and every driver or delivery meant waiting out the front or going looking for them. It really isn’t near anything and is a car trip to the beach where everything is, so we ordered in a lot. For the cost I expected more. My soap containers in the shower were empty, there was a septic smell in all bathrooms, we had to burn incense. There was a insect trap on the floor one day loaded with dead critters.

It was a lovely villa

We were promised and paid for housekeeping which was nearly non existent. We are usually not that fussy but there was rubbish left and hair all over the floor in bathrooms and around the pool. Clearly the villa was not swept properly prior to our arrival. We arrived on Tuesday and they advised they could not come Wednesday which was fine with us. While we were out on Thursday someone came and only made the beds which we could have done ourselves. We left the dirty towels but they didn't even bother collecting them. They didn't take any rubbish away and we had nowhere to dispose of it. They came again Saturday and made the beds and left clean towels in the lounge but still didn't take rubbish which was quite smelly. We left 3 boxes of rubbish. The kitchen was not cleaned either and we were not left teatowels or cloths and resorted to using bathmats to dry dishes. We did not see them again and moved out Monday. All in all it could have been an amazing place for a holiday but we were disappointed we paid for housekeeping and hardly received any. We would have done it ouselves if we were left cleaning products. There were other issues like the doors being hard to open. I hope the owners address these matters with their staff.
