Luksuzna villa , visoka tehnologija, vrlo konforno , extra udobno i moderno sve sa stilom namješteno , velike spavaće sobe , udobni kreveti i fantastični novi madraci ,extra brzi internet , lijepi bazen , sve je blistavo čisto , mir , divna terasa, prekrasan pogled na jezero , osigurana privatnost i veliko gostoprimstvo domaćice vlasnice Tine . Bili smo na poslovnom putu za grad Dubrovnik te me je oduševila dostupnost- blizina vile i grada Dubrovnika preko novog Pelješkog mosta . Idealno za obiteljski odmor ! Preporučujem!

Everything was wonderful — the house was beautifully clean and well-kept, and the host was incredibly kind. I had a truly relaxing and refreshing stay.

Domaćica je bila iznimno susretljiva i ljubazna te na pomoći za svako naše pitanje ili potrebu. Kuća je uredna i prostrana i sigurno ćemo se ponovno vratiti.

Lokacija je predivna, okružena prirodom i idealna za odmor i bijeg od gradske gužve!

أعجبني طريق العودة عند خروجي من هذا المكان المقزز وصلت الأحد الساعة 16:00 وغادرت بعد ساعات قليلة

هذا المكان يجب تسميته حظيرة تينا المكان مليء بالحشرات والعناكب والرائحة الكريهة والأسرة عبارة عن حجارة لقد تم خداعنا بالفعل حيث تم التقاط الصور من الزوايا حتى نتوهم أن المنزل كبير يوجد صور للألعاب على البوكينغ لكن لا يوجد ألعاب بالحظيرة الطريق بعيد عن كل شيء الحظيرة تتكون من طابقين عند مدخل السيارة التي لا تتسع بالكراج يوجد غرفة صغيرة جدا كالحظيرة ثم تصعد بدرج محاط بالحشرات إلى الطابق الأول الطابق الأول لا تتجاوز مساحته 30 متر تم تقسيمه إلى مكان فيه مطبخ ومكان فيه كنبة ومكان يوضع فيه تخت الحجارة . المسبح يقع بجانب الدرج الكريه عند المدخل وهو عبارة عن بركة تم التقاط الصور من الزوايا الموقع سيء جدا وبشكل لا يوصف أشبه بمدينة الأشباح لقد قمت باستئجار الحظيرة لمدة 6 أيام لكن غادرت يوم وصولي ولم تقبل إعادة شيء من المبلغ واتصل بي ابنها قام بتهديدي لأنني طالبت إعادة 1500 على أقل تقدير لكنها لم توافق أبدا عائلتي واطفالي شعروا بالخوف لأن المكان مهجور ولأن ابنها ماركوس قام بتهديدنا فاخترنا المغادرة عوضا عن تعرضنا لمخاوف شديدة احذروا من أن يتم خداعكم مثلنا حجزي ما زال ساري إلى 16 أغسطس لكن غادرت منذ وصولي 10 أغسطس عطلة الأطفال والعائلة للأسف تحولت إلى حزن شديد الموقع يبعد عن Dubrovnik أكثر من 105 كلم وفي الوصف المخادع 87 كلم ويبعد عن split أكثر من 140 كلم وفي الوصف المخادع 89 كلم تحولت عطلتي وعطلة أطفالي إلى كارثة وما زالت تهددني على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي حتى لا أخبر عن هذه الشقة مساحة الغرفتين لا يتجاوز 60 متر ونحن كنا 6 أشخاص ولا يوجد سوى سريرين احذروا من الخداع

A fantastic villa for a family holiday. I was delighted by the peace, the natural environment, especially the extra spaciousness, comfort and cleanliness the villa. The villa is furnished with new quality modern furniture, the whole is air-conditioned. The large pool is extra clean, big and beautiful and perfect for my children. A large terrace, comfortable garden deckchairs, a beautiful view of the mountain with morning coffee and in the evening with lighted candles created a special romantic atmosphere for me. There are also long safe cycling paths in nature and Tina's rent and bicycles. I was delighted by the long walk on the mountain through the olive trees. I was delighted by the proximity of the old famous city of Dubrovnik, beautiful beaches. Absolutely everything was perfect, starting with the very nice and hospitable hostess Tina, the perfect villa for a vacation, pure nature. I will definitely come with my family to Villa Tina next summer. Thank you for everything

Villa Tina is a beautiful house with a swimming pool, where my family enjoyed long walks in clean, untouched nature, in a large terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains, in an extremely clean pool that has a particularly beautiful rocky environment ideally combined with nature. My son was delighted by the garden with swings as well as the pool and water toys. We had complete privacy, which means a lot to my family, security and peace because the villa is completely surrounded by a high stone fence, which was ideal for my son's games and our relaxation away from the city noise and crowds. Excellent internet with 2000 channels. The villa is large, spacious, completely new and beautifully comfortably furnished, which can be seen in every detail of the house. The entire villa is air-conditioned and we had our own parking. Everything is so very comfortable and extra clean, and for me and my husband a particularly romantic villa. The hostess delighted us with her hospitality. She told us about the beautiful sandy beaches known for kite surfing at the mouth of the Neretva, the golden Baćin Lakes, boat rides, the beaches of the Makarska Riviera, the proximity of the city of Dubrovnik, which is a 50-minute drive away, long bicycle paths, and yes, in Villa Tina we can rent bicycles. I am happy to have found this wonderful house for my family's vacation. Definitely, I will come there again next summer. Thanks Tina, see you again!
