Stonehouse villas with breathtaking view

Great house, great location, excellent hosts! Beautiful part of Crete.

The exceptionally quiet location in the middle of a nature reserve. The magnificent view of the deep blue sea.

The fact that there was only one filter machine made me cry as a coffee junkie 😉

Wow! What a beautiful property, finely crafted with quality fittings, all topped off with an absolutely fabulous view.

The cakes and pastries left by the owner mean that I'll need to diet!

The location is so beautiful on a hill with a very special view of the sea. The front of the house has a very big terrace, one half of it has a big roof with a big table under it and still space to put the sunbeds, if you like. The other half of the terrace is open with a wonderful view and sunshine. Beautiful plants surround the property and there is even an outside kitchen and grill area, also with a sofa and a roof. Very luxurious. The inside has everything you need, a nice bed, a sofa, a table and a kitchen. The bathroom is also totally fine. It was also very clean when we arrived. Our appartement was in the middle of the big house, there was at the time one more appartement in front of us, also with a terrace more to the seaside. No other house was in sight, you very much have total relaxation without any noise of cars or whatever. There is a street nearby, but there rarely are cars and you also do not hear them very much. The owners also brought us different kind of foods now and again, great hospitality!

After 5 days of our stay there was still no room service, so we asked the owner if there was any. They cleaned the appartement perfectly the next day, very nice and very clean! It just would have been nice to know in the beginning, that you had to ask for room service. But all in all very clean.

At the back very small unit without AC, without net on the windows, without TV and wilthout view from the windows - not much

Shortly - A very small unit at the back of a hall, without AC as it supposed to be, without net (against bugs) on the windows, without TV and without view from the windows. A small and dark unit which we received (one of the 2 units in the complex) we had no AC at all and we had to sleep in the unit with the 3 small windows closed (and it's windows which turn to a blocked hall and not to an open view) and with a small basic fan on, since there were many scary and big types of insects that started entering the room when the windows were even a little bit open and for a short time (the apartment is in an isolated area on a mountain), so we had Very stuffy, stressful and uncomfortable in that small closed room during the hot days. We complained to the owner of the apartment (on the phone, he wasn't around) and he promised that he would take care of the air conditioner starting on the second day (we arrived at the unit late in the evening), but he did not arrive at 9AM as we coordinated and when we arrived back to the unit at the evening the portable air conditioner that the owner of the unit brought for us stopped working and turned off completely shortly after we tried to check it. We had to leave the apartment after the second night due to the uncomfortable and stressful conditions The small unit was completely internal, without television and without an open view (we noticed that only the other unit was according to the description and spec in the booking.com site), while also the "balcony" of our unit was actually a hall, had no privacy at all, since it was accessible to anyone who entered the complex of the 2 units from the main gate (I can attach photos if necessary). Also, the router with the wifi did not connect to the Internet for almost the entire time we were in the unit, and even after I rebooted it from time to time, the problem was not solved, it is not clear why.
