The property has a nice view from the pool but that was really the only memorable thing.

When booking this property please be aware it is right next to a working sheep farm with multiple stagnant watering holes (something that should be mentioned on the listing). The property had a HUGE issue with a fly infestation- we raised this with the host and Agni travel (the property management company) and their solution was dropping a bottle of fly spray at the property. The flys were so bad that the family could not enjoy a meal downstairs and struggled to cook. I also had a 5 week old baby and couldn’t breast feed downstairs due to the number of flys landing on the baby. We’ve stayed in Tuscany a number of times and whilst we have experienced the flys in their peak seasons we have never had to deal with them inside a property the the extent we did this holiday- it was disgusting. In addition the inside of the property is fairly different from the pictures provided online- the property is very dark and the kitchens (there are two) do not function properly- the downstairs oven is highly temperamental with broken power sockets, whilst the upstairs one lacking any working appliances (cooker did not work) and had to request for a kettle. This property was uncomfortable to stay in and hard for us to feel relaxed in. The property felt more what you would stay in for a school camp rather than a place you pay €3500 for the week- certainly not worth the money and left feeling a bit deceived!
