It was clean and a very decent price for the remarkable standard it was. Owner had great communication and was so so helpful. Booked for my mother and 2 year old son to stay here and I know they would definitely return.

"Amazing holiday in Tias"

This was a large and comfy property. It had everything you needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The bed was so comfy also. The pool area was so clean and plenty of seating area. The pool was amazing. It was so nice and refreshing but not cold, so it was so easy to get straight in and cool off. Basically it was a fabulous holiday 😊

Wonderful spacious villa in a quiet residential area short walk to supermarket shops and restaurants. Tias is a good location to explore the island. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Large pool area with lots of sunbeds. Great terrace to eat outdoors.The description and photographs of the property are very accurate. Thank you Paul for all the great information. We are looking forward to returning to Casa Katrina.

"Excellent"

Cozy house, very well prepared for guests. You can find there everything from coffee maker to the towels for the beach. Pool was great as well. Peacefull, residential area, but also a great location to travel around the island, as we did. Close to go to Puerto del Carmen or Arecife or the airport. Also the host, Paul - very comitted person. Simply recomending.
