Villa Magma

The villa is fantastic and the host Cristian is very kind even if I didn't see him. The villa has 2 floor: downstair there are one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, one understairs storage room and a great veranda with pool view... upstair there are one bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and one bathroom with hair dryer. The villa is fully equipped, very clean and full of towels even for the pool. There is a barbeque and we used it.There is one parking lot inside and the villa has an allarm. You need a car because there is nothing around, it's in a residential area close to Playa Blanca village. Supermarket is around 1-2 km driving. Many beaches around by car not by walk. We were 2 families with 3 kids 7 years old and all of us loved the villa!!! The villa is really like in the photos. We didn't use the pool because the water was cold... only the kids 2 times in 7 days. But we don't even swim in the sea because the water is cold, only the kids do. The villa is really Fantastic!!!!!

House was overall good, quite clean, kitchen well supplied with every type of machine you'd need, rooms were big enough, bathrooms too, BBQ and Pool outside were a must and close to everything relevant. Cristian (the owner) was quite responsive and super helpful.

House would be even better if at least 2 of the rooms had double beds instead of only 1 room with a double and 2 with twins. Twin beds were a little on the hard side, but acceptable. Double bed was comfy. Some privacy panels on top of the walls that divide from the other 2 houses around would be good, as it sometimes felt like the neighbours could just snoop into your privacy.

The owner was so easy to contact. Loved how big and spacious it was. Well equipped and nice and private. Big TV and pool was lovely.

Location was pretty good. 15-20 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina and 40mins to Playa Blanca.

Pool is heated to a nice temperature, nice internal f ok finishes.

The villa was lovely, clean and well appointed with a nice outdoor sitting area and an ample sized pool. Large well equipped kitchen including washing machine. The host Christian provided great communication throughout and even ended up taking us to the airport for our return flight which we really appreciated. It was the first time that we had hired a private villa with pool but would certainly recommend and would book again. We found the instructions for the key collection to be very clear and we had no issues. Supermarket is about a 10 minute walk and Rubicon Marina about a 20 minute walk.

Only airconditioned in the smallest of the 3 bedrooms with a fan being provided for the master and nothing for the other. The next door villa was very noisy during our stay and even ended up jumping over the villa wall to retrieve their ball! Dogs barking from one or two neighbouring villas on a regular basis which was obviously out of the owners control. A couple of the sun loungers were broken and require to be replaced. Location a little bit out of the way so we would hire a car if we visited again

Villa was lovely and clean on arrival, the host Cristian even let us check in earlier which made our day so much more easier. Pool was great, we even think it was heated which was beneficial! We didn’t see anyone come to clean it (unless they came when we was out) but the pool remained clean throughout our 9 day stay. The facilities were great, all kitchen supplies you would need and very simple to use them. Beds are really comfortable however no AC in the master bedroom but one in the other single room, there was a plug in fan which helped, as I don’t think we would of got much sleep without it or without moving rooms. Couch was very comfortable and we loved the sunroom! The decor was lovely made it feel really homey. The villa is about a 10 minute walk away from the shops, we have been to this area before and decided to get a car this time and was so much better so I would recommend this when staying in this area as you are a fair walk away from the front/marina! Overall, beautiful villa, great host, would come back again!

When arriving the small door in the gate wouldn’t open even when unlocked it just wouldn’t budge but we made do by using the gate fob to get in and out no problem.
