The doors and locks need to be renewed but it was still safe.

Property is in great location. Host was helpful.

It’s a very minor improvement can be done to keep some bins in rooms bathroom and kitchen

Great property in a nice and quiet residential area but the maintenance and cleanliness is lacking. The property consists of a house with 2 independent dwellings (ground floor and first floor) with separate entrances and 2 inner courtyards. It was not suitable for us as we wanted a 3 bedrooms property, but the division of this one meant separation of our party. The property has modern kitchens, artistic framed paintings, street-nouveau wallpapers and modern beds with sitting furniture. The communication with the owners, caretakers Driss and the cleaning lady was pleasant and efficient.

Maintenance and cleanliness were very disappointing. The main gate for the car doesn't open, the door leading from the street can't be locked and 2 main doors for each flat can't be locked either which means that the only security are metal grids in front of flats' doors. Several light bulbs needed to be changed. Cupboards, wardrobes and drawers need decluttering and cleaning. Every single rug needs dry cleaning. Pots with plants that didn't survive self-care are used as ashtrays. The deep cleaning is grossly not up-to-date. We stayed for 2 days. On arrival we found out that beds were made pretty but were dirty - hair, stains, dirty smudges, cigarette burns. The ground floor flat stank of cigarettes as well. As a standard, duvets don't have covers and aren't washed between occupancy. We asked for cleaning to be done. The first night was an abhorrent experience for us. At the start of the second day, a cleaning lady came and cleaned and made beds as best as she could. However there is no procedure in place, which would mean that beds are stripped and completely washed between guests. The cleaning lady only changed the bottom sheets but left the pillow cases as they were. The caretaker supplied us with cleaned duvets.

Perfect place to stay with group of friends, barely takes 10 mins to get to the beach strip on taxi and pretty much close to alot of places, 10-15 min nice walk to one of the best breakfast spots cafe tea house. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet and there is fully privacy with a watchman for extra security. There is everything you need in the villa.

At times there was no warm water for shower other than that no issues.
