Pawanthorn Samui

The villas were amazing and the staff, the location and the hotel it self were in a great location and also very very nice resort hotel and had everything. Nothing was too hard for the staff to help you out. We would definitely stay there on our next trip. The staff were amazing and nothing was too hard for them to help out, they find the time to assist without any hesitation every time and every night. Thank you to all the staff 🙏 Xenia and Paul ♥️

It was so peaceful and quiet. Having your own private pool is just amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly,,especially the lady at Reception.

Unfortunately our TV in our room didn't work,, But we had our laptops so that was not a big issue

The villa was very large and had plenty of space for five adults. Every bedroom had an ensuite and the sea views from the pool were fantastic. The onsite restaurant was also phenomenal!

The villa is looking a bit tired and is in need of some restorations to bring it back up to spec. It should also be noted that this is not the place to stay if you have mobility issues. The villa is on the edge of a steep hill which was precarious to navigate with luggage and there are also lots of steps inside the villa. This place is also a bit isolated and there is not much within walking distance so it was necessary to get a taxi everywhere.

Solo la piscina.

El personal no tiene ganas de trabajar, atención al cliente muy mal. Llegamos por la tarde y ya era de noche, nuestra piscina no tenía luz y al preguntarle al señor que nos acompañó nos dijo que él que sabía… tampoco nos explicaron dónde se daba el desayuno (en un restaurante que no es del hotel). El desayuno empezaba a las 8 am y cuando llegamos todavía no estaba abierto, lo abrieron a las 8:10 am y teníamos prisa para ir al aeropuerto, cosa que ya comentamos a la llegada el día anterior y nos insistió en que desayunaramos en el hotel para no hacernos la caja del desayuno para llevar. Los muebles de la habitación son antiguos y huelen mal. Está mal ubicado para ir andando a cualquier sitio, necesitas taxi o moto. No lo recomiendo.
