Hosts are superb. Villa fitted with everything needed for a daily holiday. Outstanding games room kept family entertained. Heated pool was perfect and outside space amazing.

The outdoor area (swimming pool, BBQ, seating area) were excellent. Rooms were big with air con, well equipped. The house has everything you need and more. Excellent location to go visiting places (by car). The Gym area and playing area were also excellent.

The dogs from the opposite villa barking during the night and especially in the early hours of the morning. The rooms facing the front of the house were particularly suffering as couldn't open the windows. But even with that, we would definitely repeat our stay.

Wonderfully spacious villa with a fabulous outdoor and pool area which is well maintained. Rooms all well equipped and decorated so pretty. The villa has everything you could ever possibly need, nothing too much trouble for the owners and they were fast to reply to all queries before and during our stay. Our sons loved the downstairs games/gym area and it enabled us to steal some quiet time by the pool! A perfect place for a relaxing family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle.

This is an outstanding Villa ,it ticked all the boxes for my Family ,Jose and Rita are exceptional hosts always there to help,if you have any problems,,We had a wonderful time For 3 adults and 2teens they all loved it,it's everything it says on broucher Thomas Mangan Ireland

Absolute perfect Villa. Wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly. Villa was spotlessly clean, pool was great, games room/gym was fantastic. We loved sitting on the roof terrace watching the sunset. Surrounding area is very quiet, would recommend hiring a car to get around. Roughly a 15 minute walk to silves town, good choice of restaurants and a Lidl for shopping. Not got a bad word to say, perfect place for a family holiday. 10/10!!!! We will definitely be going back and recommending to friends! Thank you José & Rita 😊
