Posizione bellissima, casa circondata da natura stupenda, con vista meravigliosa dall'alto sulla baia di Sivota. Tranquillità assoluta. Avendo bambini, avere la piscina è stato fondamentale. Casa super pulita e ben attrezzata, con camere super confortevoli.

Migliorerei la qualità generale degli spazi esterni, ad esempio la possibilità di disporre di uno spazio ben ombreggiato durante il giorno per poter fare colazione/pranzare fuori. La strada per arrivare alla villa è un po' difficoltosa e bisogna fare attenzione in un paio di punti (ma è anche uno dei motivi che assicurano una super tranquillità, perché davanti alla villa non passa praticamente mai nessuno).

We had an excellent stay at Kostery Luxury Villas. The view over Sivota port is absolutely breathtaking, both during the day and at night, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The villa is modern, very comfortable and well equipped, perfect for a peaceful holiday. Everything was spotless, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beauty, comfort and tranquility

The access road is not ideal for low cars, but for other cars it is easy and perfectly in the spirit of the island roads.

Fine quality, like a boutique hotel, nice personal attention and the views…amazing!!!

The villas are very beautiful and clean. They offer a stunning view of the Ionian Sea and the port of Sivota. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helped us rent boats during our stay.

The road to get there is a bit challenging, which is probably the only downside — but even so, the place is absolutely worth it!

It was a great experience and the hosts are really nice. Whatever problem you've got, they are there to fix it 🫶

View was great and the villa physically was in good condition with towels, linen, crockery, extras etc all good

Very difficult to find in particular the first night when dark. Google Maps can't get you there. More direction needed on this one. One fridge not working, no Air Cons working, blowing air but not cool air. Pool not cleaning effectively, by Day 7 too dirty to swim in. Tap in one bathroom not running. We didn't have any water for about a day. Despite airing these grievances not a lot was done apart from fixing the water. The road up not great and difficult to pass other vehicles and easy to damage car on rocks although that is not the owners problem.

The views were gorgeous, the place was spotless, and Sofia and her daughter Dimitra were absolutely incredible hosts. Photos don’t do it justice. Very short drive to beautiful Sivota.

Make sure you follow the signs up to the villa! The signs take you the right way, but Google maps will lead you up the wrong path. The correct way is steep but paved! Thank goodness Dimitra came to save us when we went the wrong way :)

The Villa is new and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The pool is great in the heat of August. When traveling with kids the kitchen and washing machine was very useful. The drive to the Villa is very steep road you must have a car. The view is breathtaking! The host was very nice and helpful!

The Wi-Fi was very weak in the upstairs bedroom. It was working well in the main floor.
