Abbiamo soggiornato due notti con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La villa è molto grande, spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha fatto trovare anche legna e carbonella per organizzare una grigliata, un'attenzione davvero apprezzata. La zona piscina era pulita e ben curata, con teli a disposizione, e la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata è stata un vero valore aggiunto. Lo spazio esterno è ampio e perfetto per pranzi e cene all'aperto, con un grande tavolo che può ospitare comodamente 10 persone. Tutto ottimo, soggiorno super consigliato!"

Struttura ben tenuta, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Altamente raccomandata per soggiorni di famiglie con bambini.

La struttura é collocata in un luogo incantevole, appena sopra alla pineta della Sportelletta e a pochi minuti da Spello. Il tavolone in legno massello sotto gli alberi é stato perfetto per pranzi e cene con tante persone. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la cassa per la musica nella zona piscina! La proprietaria gentilissima e discreta.

Il mobilio delle stanze e i materassi sono un po’ datati.

A microwave would be a plus but did not stop what we wanted to do in the kitchen

Very quiet Villa tucked away on the hills. We stayed for a week, were in the area for a wedding and needed a place for extended family to stay, with facilities to keep our toddler entertained. She loved the pool (It's pretty chilly* for a baby or small child, so I recommend taking their swim warm-suits). *It's very common in Italy to not have a boiling hot pool for different reasons, including it would be very uncomfortable in the heat. For adults it's the perfect temperature to cool down :) The host was Fantastic. She gave us a tour at check in and we had a little booklet with any info we required. The house is a little Oasis. Particularly enjoyed the BBQ facility and the outdoor seating area under the lovely pine trees. The kitchen and House in general had anything you could need. You can see how loved the house is by the owner. And it was really clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we ever end up in this area of Italy.
