Poor communication- they tried to make us pay another night pay for a late check out! Once speaking to property manager “it was all good for late check out without the extra night pay”.

It was clean and spacious and good for value. The location was good. The staff were friendly

A lot of construction still going on and the curtains let too much sun into the rooms and a very loud water pump that woke us up since it was right next to the room.

The design was great and comfortable

The down stairs toilet mustn’t be installed properly and it was constantly leaking sewer smell out into the kitchen and living room

Everything was great except one thing. All the rooms have very thin curtains so at 6:30AM at sunrise we were woken up everyday by the intense sunlight and heat of the Bali Sun. Our sleep quality was definitely affected. This is an easy problem to fix by just getting thick dark blackout curtains so there is no sun in the morning. Apart from this everything was 10/10. Just fix the curtain situation and everything else would be great.
