nothing. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in all my history with Booking.com

Everything was awful. The property is filthy, the bungalow was full of rust, musty, mold, entirely unhygienic. The toilet was dirty, the sink greasy, the kitchenware disgusting and greasy, the bed linen old and torn, and covered in mouse excrement. There was at least one mouse (probably more), running around all night. We wanted to leave right away, but we could not find an acommodation in the evening, so we had to spend the night sitting on a filthy couch, completely dressed, and too disgusted to even use the toilet. The property refused to communicate with us before we contacted customer support. Horrible service altogether. This property should be taken out of business. They still charged us for the night AND cleaning (!!), despite our demand for a full reimbursement. I will try to find a way to complain further, because no tourist deserves such a treatment. AVOID at all costs! Sleeping on the beach would have been better.

We absolutely loved having the Casa de Madera all to ourselves. Built with lots of love and attention to detail, the house had amazing energy and it was a pleasure staying in it for 3 nights. Host was very friendly. We loved the privacy. Would return for sure.

"Awful and disgusting villa - reported to Booking"

Nothing. Everything was awful, dirty, old and different from the photos. I have reported this to Booking Customer Service as the owner has not replied to my messages. Still awaiting reply from Booking.

Everything was disgusting and we had to book a new accomodation after the first night. Full of dirt and insects. Dirty fridge and furniture, sticky floors, the whole bungalow smelt bad, disgusting shower and I could continue... We could not stay longer there. We have reported this and requested a refund to Booking. The photos in Booking do not show the awful bungalow that we had. Real photos attached. Trying to get my money back and Booking should delete this accomodation from the website.
