You do need a car if you stay here which is fine for us.

Clean, lovely facilities, aircon in every room. Nikos was amazing and so helpful.

It is a good 30 mins walk from beach, which wasn’t a problem but be aware.

Nikos was amazing, always helpful and responds very quickly if there is a problem. Villa was beautiful. Nikos always asking if everything was OK. Fantastic host. He organised airport pick up, car hire and wheelchair for my father. Everything you need in a villa.

Cleaners very rude. Also did not clean villa very well. They did not want us in the villa when cleaning, never experienced this before and were made to sit outside in 37 degree heat for 2 hours whilst they argued with Nikos about a broken mirror,accidently broken by my dad who has dementia, which I did pay for. They then left villa and did not tell us they were gone. Manners cost nothing. This is the only negative thing about our experience. Cannot fault Nikos at all.

Heel erg aardige host, hielp met activiteiten taxis etc. Fijn groot en schone villa met veel dingen om te doen. ook zeker goed voor jongeren

The pool and rooftop were really nice. Also Nikos was very helpful.

Everything was exactly as it said it was, only the location was not very close to kos city, but we already knew that and there was a supermarket and beautiful beach near by.

Great staff in Niko who could not have been more helpful. Villa immaculate with ac in every room. Pool and jacuzzi cleaned each day.

Check location carefully, Google maps shows it slightly in the wrong place and its not the easiest to find, especially in the dark. Bit of prep beforehand will see you right.
