Abgetrenntes "Badezimmer" war im freien, mit Plastikdach überzogen,bei Regen stand Wasser auf dem Boden und es tropfte auch über der Toilette, man wurde also dabei nass und viel Ungeziefer natürlich auch dadurch , Preis Leistung hier nicht so gerechtfertigt

The only positive aspect of renting this villa is that it truly looks exactly like in the photos: the rooms, the pool and the garden are stunning and everything was clean. We would also like to mention that the staff who welcomed us were kind. However, during our stay, several incidents occurred that left us very disappointed and unhappy with our choice.

Firstly, several personal belongings were stolen: a pair of brand-new New Balance shoes purchased for the trip, a Nike cap, a power bank and some jewellery. We have no idea whether it was someone from the staff or someone from outside, as even though we always locked the main door before leaving, on many occasions we found it open when we returned, likely because the staff had unrestricted access to the villa throughout the day, entering without notice. In fact, the villa has a room used by the staff as their staff room and they would come in and out frequently to take or leave things. We were initially told they would only enter for cleaning for a couple of hours in the morning, but this was not respected and their constant access was very uncomfortable. On one occasion, while I was taking a bath in the bathtub inside one of the bedrooms (with the curtains fully open), I heard people entering, talking and moving things. It was 4 pm, completely outside of the cleaning hours. I had to close all the curtains and lock the room immediately, as I was obviously not wearing clothes and they even tried to enter the bedroom at that moment. This situation was completely inappropriate. On the day of check-out, we explained everything that had happened to the staff. They were concerned and empathetic, but the only solution they offered was a pair of used shoes and the option of reporting the incident to the police. I was supposed to go to the police station to file an official report, but I had a flight back to Spain in three hours, so it was simply not possible. It is also worth mentioning that while the police were at the villa, one of the female staff members started recording the situation while laughing. When I noticed and asked her if she was recording, she immediately became serious and put the phone away. We found this attitude extremely disrespectful.

It was quite aesthetically pleasing with a rustic theme. Wonderful hosts, Jass and Niti, making sure our stay is super comfortable.
