The owners and staff of the villa are so helpfull and friendly! We had a really great time staying here! 🙏

We stayed at the three-bedroom villa Illetas, and it was very cosu with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a big yard with a deep enough pool, kitchen area and lounge area. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and arranged almost anything we asked, from breakfast, transport and NYE dinner to laundry services. A special thank for all the help as we got sick during the trip. There where no direct services directly connected to the villa, but a lot of cafés, restaurants, doctor, deli and gym within a 500 m radius.

The Umalas area is fairly difficult to get around as there are no sidewalks and a lot of traffic. Trips to other areas, such as Canggu, Ubud or Seminyak more or less by Grab.

our host Nitta is very very kind, and she gave us many good help, we really like her! the room is very comfortable it's nice they have all the kitchen wares, which allow us to cook ourselves

we encounter a power jump off when we are using the oven, but Nitta taught us how to restart the power, so it's ok but you might encounter the same if you wanna cook big meal there... there are mosquitos outside bedroom, which might be pretty common in Bali... but still itchy itchy....

The staff was amazing. Jas even went out of the way and gave us his bikes.

We were expecting a larger pool from the photo and the rooms and bathrooms were quite old school as we had imagined from the photos. Lots of lizards and mosquitoes and for almost every activity in Canggu we had to travel 20-30 mins by bike. We found it to be a bit out of place

Great atmosphere and decor - the rooms were beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff as well!

There were a few minor details about the property that were a bit worn, but nothing that was too bad at all.

The staff were lovely

Beds were hard and location was a bit too far away from main shopping beaches etc.
