"Just OK!"

The villa is very big and the bedrooms are huge. The pool is also really big. The staff of the villa are all very lovely.

It was run down with lots of water damage to walls and roof, the pool furniture had holes in it and the actual villa owner is very rude and hard to deal with you can tell he not a Balinese person. Thank god for his villa manager and staff as they are all so lovely. We wouldn’t book this villa again!

Great communication and great management staff at the door. Putra and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helped us to get our clothes cleaned.

The way the villa is listed (Written SINGULAR and not ''Villas'') can lead to confusion. This ad is not for ONE Villa but for 2 different Villas. We thought it was one single Villa, the big one, we were booking that has most of the pictures on the ad, not the smaller one. When contacting the host about our situation on Day 1 and the fact that we would like to switch to the other Villa in exchange for a payment difference (the big one was free), he wasn't really up for it and wanted to charge us MORE in cash than what we could get on the website. In the end, we ended up spending our 3 nights in the smaller Villa with a bad taste in our mouths... I think those properties with 2 different addresses should be listed as 2 different ads to avoid confusion.

"Relaxing, spacious and enjoyable family/friends stay"

Putra and the staff were super friendly, helpful and very attentive. The check in process was handled easily and very informative. We had ordered breakfast cooked by the staff for one morning and it was delicious. Our rooms and living areas were very comfortable. Villa J Deluxe was enjoyed by all family members, including the kids. Great location, can hear the ocean from the villa and the garden is beautiful. Easy access to taxi, very short distance to great coffee, quick walk to main streets for restaurants, felt very safe.
