Apartments Villa Golden View

My friends and I booked one of the other apartments of the villa in mid July 2022 for a week. We paid for a 3 bedroom flat but instead got a smaller one with only 2 bedrooms since there had been a mistake on the owner's part because they placed us in the apartments without checking our "vouchers/reservations" and accidentally switched us with another group. We were informed about the mistake 3 days into the stay and they offered to switch us both to our correct flats, although by making it clear that it would have been bothersome (vacating the flats, packing the luggage, cleaning the house etc...) and also not worth it. We were told that the difference was about 10€ total. Spoiler, we later check on booking.com and it was actually about 400€. We asked for the difference in price back since we got a smaller apartment than what we paid for. The owner initially did not agree to refund us because, quote "you had the opportunity to switch for the apartment you paid for but did not so it was your choice, anyway don't think about money". Eventually after a lot of arguing back and forth and getting in touch with booking assistance we got back 3 days worth of difference (about 150€). Other than that, the forniture was cheap and tacky especially for the bathrooms (the fancier shower seemed completely made out of plastic, even the shower tray). The house had little to no basic supplies (soap dish/laundry, soap, very few pots and pans...) and those that were there, were low-quality (the cutlery). The air conditioning was weirdly placed and only cooled the living room, leaving the bedrooms scorching hot. The placement of the villa is akward at best and difficult to get to.
